4. Statement of Good Faith

Example Statement:
“I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, and I believe that the material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

5. Signature

Your request should be signed. You can either provide an electronic signature or sign the document manually before sending it to us.

Example Statement:
“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”

How to Submit a DMCA Removal Request

Once we receive your request, we will promptly investigate and remove the infringing content if appropriate. If we find that the complaint is valid, we will remove or disable access to the content in question and notify the person who uploaded the content.

Counter-Notification:
